Hypnosis for emotional eating is ideal for those people who might label themselves emotional eaters or binge eaters. They might think of themselves as being out of control, and often can be causing relationship, work, or general life conflict.

Hypnotherapy is excellent for these individuals as it influences the subconscious mind to change habits permanently. Hypnotherapy for emotional eating restores control when it comes to eating, and helps create new and better habits that support you having control over what you eat and when you eat.

Hypnosis works by guiding you into a relaxed and focused state where direct access to the subconscious mind can be accessed. Working with the subconscious mind in this way makes changing behaviour easier, quicker, and when it comes to stopping emotional eating, keeping those changes permanently.

Hypnosis is a fun and pleasant experience and is similar to the sensation of being engrossed in a really gripping film or book. You will be in control at all times and will experience a pleasant feeling of relaxation and focus.

Typically, I will see you for 2 - 3 sessions for emotional eating, and each session will last 50 - 60 minutes. Very occasionally some clients require or want a few additional sessions. My aim is to resolve your presenting issue in the fastest and most appropriate way.
