Clinical Hypnotherapy For Weight Loss
Hypnosis for weight loss is ideal for those people who might label themselves emotional eaters or binge eaters. They repeatedly fail to stick to any weight loss or exercise programme, often gaining more weight with each attempt. These people often think of themselves as being out of control.

Typically, I will see you for 2 - 3 sessions for weight loss, and each session will last 50 - 60 minutes. Very occasionally some clients require or want a few additional sessions. My aim is to resolve your presenting issue in the fastest and most appropriate way.
